Helium Sampling Station

Connects downstream of your Nitrox Stik or Triadd to pump sample gas into your continuous flow-thru style helium analyzer.  As the piping downstream of your Triadd (or Nitrox Stik converted to make Trimix) is at a partial vacuum, you cannot directly connect your helium analyzer into the flowing gas.  If you do, you will simply suck air backward through your helium analyzer and into the the intake of your air compressor.

The Helium Sampling Station:

• Holster and charging stand for your C-Squared Helium Analyzer.
• Scientific Sampling pump provides pressure to drive sample gas into your Helium Analyzer.
• Flowmeter with throttling knob provides very precise flowrate to your Helium Analyzer. 
• Includes tubing and fittings to plug into your Nitrox Stik/Triadd.
• Power switch with switch guard to turn sampling pump on/off.
• Plugs into 120 volt outlet.

For use with C-Squared Helium Analyzer (100-300 cc/min flowrate specified), 50-500 cc/min Dwyer flowmeter is used.

For use with Analox ATA Trimix Analyzer (1-3 lpm flowrate specified), 1-5 lpm Dwyer flowmeter is used.

For use with Teledyne Mixcheck Trimix Analyzer (1-3 lpm flowrate specified), 1-5 lpm Dwyer flowmeter is used.

Sampling station can also be configured for other flowrates as required.

The schematic below illustrates how the Helium Sampling Station is incorporated into the Nitrox Stik Continuous Gas Blender technology to make Trimix for SCUBA.

The Helium Sampling Station for use with the Nitrox Stik/Triadd Continuous Gas Blender is available for purchase from Rubber Duckie Designs for $750 and will work with any size compressor.
